I will submit your property to the “Multiple Listing Services”. I will include multiple complimentary photos, and accurate property information. Agents and buyers will be able to see your home online immediately.

-SIGNAGE-LOCKBOX

I will post recognizable The Agency  sign and install a lock box for easy and secure agent access. ( Optional)

-FLYER ADVERTISING

I will develop a brilliant flyer with color photos and a list of features and benefits of your property. I will circulate the flyer to all Realtors in the area via online e-flyer and be personally available for all inquires . A flyer box will be installed and maintain a constant supply of colored flyers.( Optional)

I will identify and contact (via phone calls and direct mailing) local neighborhoods that would be likely to contain buyers appropriate for your property. I will mail “Just Listed “ flyers , (2500 flyers) and walk door-to-door to advertise and promote your property. I will host multiple “Open House” to market your property to un-represented buyers , out of area brokers, and agents (Optional)
